My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was clean when we arrived, it was easy to communicate with the property manager and the location is perfect (3min walk to the beach)

Beach was gorgeous and a very short walking distance from condo. Large variety of attractions, stores and restaurants within quick driving distance. Staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional.Cons: Beds could have been a little more comfortable, not enough electric outlets in areas really needed.Overall: Very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend to friends!

Absolutely loved our little quaint studio! Everything was seriously perfect! The place is stocked, except no coffee filters provided. Lol Beach one minute walk, pools hot tubs on property were great. Already planning on coming back.

Bday weekend

This was perfect for just my husband and I for a quick weekend getaway. Other than the bed, the property was amazing. The bed was bad. We plan on staying here again at a larger condo with our kids.

I loved this room, it was absolutely adorable. Very clean and organized. I was hesitant at first since many people complained about the bed and though it does creak I didn’t have any issues whatsoever and slept like a baby. Not to mention the property is across the street from the beach, easily accessible.

Sandpiper Cove Studio

The location felt very safe and family friendly. We loved the direct access to the pool and the quick walk to the beach. The condo was a good size for the three of us. It was fairly outdated and in need of updates. The Murphy bed was very old and uncomfortable and the pull out bed in the couch was broke.

Great place for family of 4!!

Perfect sized studio for our family of 4. 2 minute walk to the beach and pool steps from our condo. Condo was clean, but dated. Both beds absolutely need to be replaced. Both were VERY loud when anybody would move. We made it work but that would be a easy update for the owner to do. We would come back to Sandpiper Cove but we will rent a larger unit next time. Thanks!!

Everything good except the bed

The condo was in typical condo shape, had some blinds messed up,cieling had a hole scraped on it, back door locked with a piece of wood. Etc. Just stuff your going to run into with a rental.none of that was any issue, But the comfort of the beds was totally crazy, you will see it in other reviews but they are right. Super uncomfortble and noisey. But that is my only complaint. Location was great, beach access great, neighborhood great.

Property is in no condition to be rented

Worst bed ever, listen to the reviews. I assumed after so many complaints it would have been replaced but I was wrong. The unit desperately needs a fresh coat of pant. It smells very old inside. The closet door fell off when I was looking for pillows. There were only 2 pillows and they were lacking comfort. The unit has very poor lighting. The couch was terribly stained and gross. The chair and decor was cute. The outdoor furniture was all rust so I did not use it, it would be nice if there was a cushion for the outdoor seating. Close walk to the beach and the restaurant on site was very good. Main reason I book on VRBO is bc you don’t have to physically check in, not the case with this property! This property uses the management system of the complex and they require physical check in between 8a-5p (not listed in the description). For someone who had fishing charters and vacation plans this was very inconvenient! This property overall is nothing like the description. Management’s solution was for me to book a different property but I would not get a refund on my stay at this one. Basically pay for two junk properties but get my security deposit transferred.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all we really like Sandpipet Cove. However we were disappointed with Unit 8110. The bed made loud squeezable when you sat on it or moved. The sliding closet door was broken. The legs on the table on the deck were rusting away. Some light bulbs needed replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattress was awful. The tub did not drain, we called maintenance the very next day we arrived and they never showed up. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better. There were also roaches in the bathroom. The place smelled musty and could definitely use a little more care since everything seems very outdated and falling apart. The patio furniture was all rusted out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are so disappointed in the care of this condo. One it was dirty still and the maintenance on this one was horrible. Mattress was so dirty, dishwasher when we opened it stunk so bad, sand all over the floor, hole in sliding door, ceiling was coming off. For that amount of money you charged you should maintain it. Maintenance hammering’s and skill saws very early in the morning so couldn’t sleep in on my vacation.
