Host was very responsive and the unit was clean. It was well stocked with things like bikes to get to the beach, beach chairs, and a Keurig machine! The unit is located close to the beach (10 min) by bike and walking distance to some great restaurants.

Wonderful!

My 4 visitors on separate days said I was lucky to have found such a great rental! The unit has everything! Suggestions…(maybe I missed this on the description) that the driveway has room for one car, if you have another, they have to park on the street. This street does get busy at commute times, so this can be tricky but not a real problem. Safe neighborhood! We had “critter” visitors a couple nights in a row since for some reason the trash/compost/recycle was full on our check in date even though pick up was the same day?! Blinds and windows are a bit tricky so make sure you ask for a demo upon check in. This is mid June and there was hardly a day of fog…just gorgeous weather with so many beaches and places to eat!! Love the decor and brightness of the unit. Also, mention that there’s a flight of stairs since the living area is on the 2nd level.
