Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and just a block off the beach, this exclusive residence offers premium amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and gym. 30-day minimum rental. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo features a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. You step from the open concept living space to a large balcony where you can relax as you watch wildlife and people traverse the canal. The bedrooms are all ensuite, 2 with Queen beds and one featuring 2 singles with large walk in closets.

It offers first class luxury finishes, privacy and security all nestled on a protected harbor. You are one floor above the pool and within a few hundred yards from the TOP 10 beach in the USA. Close by you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery, dog park, softball, library, splash pads, fishing pier, parks with a band shell.

In addition to the private rooftop cabana, the complex has a year round heated pool and a full gym. We provide beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a buggy.

High speed WiFi and parking for one vehicle is also included.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, the swimming pool and the rooftop cabana.

The condo will be self check-in with access through an electronic lock which you will have a personalized code. I live within the beach community and I am easily accessible to help solve problems! I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.

This luxury property is a perfect retreat, outfitted with high end furniture and decor, all of which will be inventoried before and after :)

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 25 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
