Welcome to this charming home with two separate units. This listing is for Unit 2, located on the second floor. It features 3 cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a private balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. You’ll also have access to a private rooftop with a full patio seating area, offering a great spot to relax and unwind. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this space is perfect for your stay!
Guests will have full access to Unit 2, located on the second floor, as well as the private rooftop with patio seating. Unit 2 is clearly labeled with a "2" on the door. Please note, guests are NOT PERMITTED to access the garage or park in the driveway during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

For safety and comfort, the number of guests must not exceed the number listed in your reservation. No additional guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. This helps us maintain the space and provide the best experience for everyone. If this rule is broken, additional 100 dollars per guest will be charged.
*No Pets Policy:*
For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of the space, we have a strict no-pets policy. We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets during your stay. This ensures a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone.
Violations of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate termination of the reservation without any refund.
*No Smoking Policy:*
For the comfort and health of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the premises. Violations of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate termination of the reservation without any refund.
*Quiet Hours & Noise Policy:*
Please be mindful of noise levels during your stay, as there are other guests living downstairs. We ask that you avoid loud noises, music, or gatherings, especially during the evening and night hours. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone in the building.
*Drain Usage Policy:*
Please avoid disposing of solid foods down the sink, as this can cause clogs and damage. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please use the provided waste bins for food scraps. If a clog occurs due to improper use, you will be responsible for the costs of repairs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the plumbing in good condition!

Currently the central ac is not working and that is why we have installed ac in each room. Feel free to use the window a/c
