We take great pride in our condo to keep it in good condition and to present it to our customers in excellent condition. I checked with the cleaning woman and she did not iron the sheets and maybe that is why they appeared not clean to you.

Hi Kathy The cleaning girl had an emergency. She was tied up at the emergency room with her daughter. When I spoke to you on the phone, you said that was no problem, and I offered to pay you which I did. You paid $150 cleaning fee and I reimbursed you $250 that’s an extra hundred dollars for the inconvenience. The cleaning did show up, but it was late and she clean the bathrooms in the bedrooms As far as you having a problem with the chairs, you should’ve called me. I would’ve had maintenance go right over if something came loose always call. I gave you my direct phone number.

Hello Caroline, We do not provide seasoning and Saran wrap. Nor do we say that we do. Once seasonings are open the next guest May not feel comfortable using bottles that are open. I know I would not.. Sorry the trolly is not running. I was told They had to stop. They were running for years I hope they can get the help to restart the transporation. I just found this out.
