his studio is located on the second floor together with two other studios. We also have a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. We are located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit. You can find all studios and apartment under our profile.

We have our own underground water reservoir so running out of water is never an issue for us, unlike the rest of the town and nearby towns .

Iconic town "Punta de Mita" is 10 miles away and the surfers village aka "Magic town" : Sayulita is 12 miles away

For those who love less crowded beaches and a nice sunset, the closest beach "Playa manzanilla" is a few minutes away. I personally like to go to the last restaurant all the way at the end called "Vista Hermosa restaurant" has its own private beach with affordable and delicious seafood. Less crowd between 4pm-8pm

The main highway is about 3 block away. Take a right on that main highway and you are on you way to La Manzanilla (5 mins away), Punta de Mita, Litibu Beach, Sayulita, all within a 30km radius. Taking a left on the highway will take you to Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta.

Explore near by beach towns such as San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, and Guayabitos.

The Marina at Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a beautiful place to visit. Its a 15 min walk, and you will find great restaurants. Take a tour from the Marina to Marietas Island, whale and dolphin watching, practice snorkeling, and fishing.
