Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Parking: Please park directly in front of your unit. There are 2 parking spots available.

Backyard: The backyard is NOT available for use.

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a mini-split and comes with a remote. Please avoid setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter to prevent frozen pipes and potential malfunctions.

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

This is a garage conversion. The floor is the concrete that is repainted.
