The building has full amenities including a 24 hour doorman, gym, playroom, lounge with pool table, rooftop with dining, and laundry room with larger washing machines. The neighborhood is an amazing spot to be for the summer, with the Hudson River and numerous parks at your doorstep, as well as Tribeca and Whole Foods across the street.

We are a clean and organized family with 3 kids aged 16, 12 and 9. This is our primary home. The building is smoke free; we do not allow smoking or pets.
