Summary:
Get ready to fall in love with C's Little Acre! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sits on 200+ feet of Lake Gogebic frontage and has been updated with your comfort in mind! Located on east shore of Lake Gogebic, C's Little Acre is a very short distance from the Root Cellar Restaurant and ATV/snowmobile Trail 13, as well as several other bars and restaurants located around Lake Gogebic. With plenty of space for parking trucks and trailers, C's is the perfect getaway spot to bring all of your outdoor recreational equipment!
The Space:
There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers directly in front of the home, but please note that the driveway is narrow coming down to the home. We use smart locks for easy check ins and guests will receive those instructions a few days before the stay. When entering the home, both of the bedrooms are on either side of the entry hallway. Each bedroom comes with a dresser and closet for additional clothing storage. The bathroom is also off of the entry hallway, which opens to the kitchen, dining room and living room. The newly updated kitchen boasts an extra large island with bar stools and comes complete with everything you'd need to prepare meals during your stay. There are extra large windows in the dining room, which provide ample natural light and there are patio doors that open onto a covered back deck facing the lake.
*This is a single level home, with no stairs for entry and does have a step in shower. Although we are not ADA certified, this home is a great option for anyone with mobility restrictions. There would be a decline going down to the water, but the parking and home are on a single level.
Guest Access:
Guests have a private entrance into the home and will have complete use of the home, except for a locked utility closet.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located within a stone's throw of the Root Cellar Restaurant on the east shore of Lake Gogebic. There are several other restaurants and bars located around the lake and this home is 13 miles from Bergland, MI.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to the property, but there is a boat lift guests may use and this home is very close to ATV/Snowmobile Trail 13.
Other Things to Note:
~C's Little Acre happily accepts pets, but all pets need to be disclosure at the time of booking and included on the reservation.
~All Superior Getaways reservations come with a damage protection plan, which provide guests with peace of mind without incurring high security deposit costs.
~The boat lift is not a pontoon lift.

C's Little Acre is managed by Longhini Property Management and is a part of the Superior Getaways family. LPM is on call 24-hours during reservations and normal business hours before and after stays. LPM's contact information is located inside the home.
