Newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, OCEANFRONT condo on the boardwalk, in the resort area of Virginia Beach includes: a heated indoor pool and fitness room. Living area w/sofa, recliner, 55" Smart TV, dining table for 6 and adjoining oceanfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. Primary Oceanfront en-suite w/King bed and Smart TV. Second Oceanfront bedroom w/2 Queen beds and Smart TV.

Enjoy the indoor heated pool, fitness room and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building, locked area for bikes and coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor except 1st floor.

Smoke-free facility, pets are not allowed.

We furnish the comforters/bedspreads, mattress pads, pillows and blankets. Bedlinens can be rented from a local company or you're welcome to bring your own.

Nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment and Rudee Inlet.

Great Shape and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Oceanfront rental was exactly as described. Located in an ideal location and well maintained; we enjoyed the views and convenience of its location. The property rental agent, Margie, kept us well informed and was available if we needed anything.

The room was wonderful, very clean and had everything we needed! The view of the beach was beautiful. The host was also extremely helpful, walking us through our very first experience with VRBO and was there to greet us when we arrived! Couldn’t ask for better! We are definitely going to be returning.

Overall condo was very nice with updated decor. Beds nice, clean, and location is great if you like to surf and fish from Rudee Inlet. Great selection of restaurants nearby…Waterman’s, Big Sam’s, Chix on The Beach, Il Giardino. Concrete boardwalk very nice with separated lanes for biking. Lots of options for rentals on boardwalk and plenty of shopping on Atlantic and quick bites, ice cream, Walgreens and grocery store all near by and within walking distance. Try the Parlour Donuts! And Duck Donuts too if never had. Definitely get focaccia bread at Il Ghiardino’s and Original Orange Crush at Waterman’s. Fireworks on Sundays and Wednesday, lots of outdoor entertainment with bands. Fishing on pier to rent poles/crab pots was pricey or just to be a spectator. But lots of fish and crabs caught which made the experience worthwhile. Atlantic Surf Park worth checking out. Expensive, can pay 20-27 for a day pass. Family of 4 look at bundle w/ cabana. Condo has an older coin operated washer and dryer which is a little inconvenient if no quarters on hand and no machine to get change except from soda machine but it ran out of quarters so lost money with putting in dollars. Door handle on sliding glass door broken on both sides and came off on first day. Covered parking garage was nice but very small spaces and tight getting in and out. Pool is older and water looked cloudy. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend and consider staying here again in the future.

Surfer's at Rudy Inlet, the boardwalk and the each out pack. The City of Virginia Beach sponsors, free live music at different venues along the boardwalk, art festivals, volleyball, sand soccer, frisbee, golf tournaments. Lots of stuff to do.

Our host Margie communicated with us through every step of the process - checking in and checking out. The accommodations were great and the unit was very clean. Everything was as expected.

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was excellent, the condo was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect. We especially loved the beautiful ocean views from the balcony.The only minor downside was the indoor pool area, which had a strong odor and didn't seem well ventilated. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd happily stay here again.
