This bright, spacious 3-bedroom house sits in a quiet North Vancouver neighbourhood, an easy and comfortable base whether you're here with family, friends, or for work. There's plenty of room to spread out, with a full kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxed living room with a fireplace and smart TV for winding down at the end of the day.

Cook a proper meal, gather around the table, then head out to the private yard and patio, a lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Three bedrooms sleep up to six, so there's space for everyone.

You're wonderfully placed for the North Shore outdoors: Grouse Mountain, the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and a network of hiking trails are all a short drive away. Closer to home, Lonsdale Avenue's shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, and the SeaBus makes downtown Vancouver an easy trip without the car.

Free parking and fast WiFi round it out, with simple self check-in by lockbox. Whether you're chasing mountain trails, visiting family, or working remotely, it's a comfortable, easygoing home base on the North Shore. We'd be glad to host you.

Great location, close to tourist attractions, cafes and the sea bus to downtown Vancouver! Very roomy, clean house and in a safe neighborhood! Parking at house provided, could fit two cars but it would be a tight fit. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great experience!!! The only thing would be is that we would’ve hoped the heater would’ve been working when we got there. It took a couple days for it to work. But once I provided the issue, the owner got it fixed.

The shower head was broken and leaking during the entire stay. We tried to contact the host on the first night, but we only received a package with the new shower head, but no one came by to fix it. Expedia gave me the phone number to Vrbo customer service line, but it didn’t work. We finally found the host phone number from Vrbo website. We got the response from the host, but he/she didn’t actually help us.

Dean has been among the best VRBO hosts we have had the fortune toexperience todate. Great home in a central location of North Vancouver. The host shows great consideration to his guests by providing all kind of kitchen appliances and utensils as well as household supplies. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will seriously consider it again in our future visit to North Vancouver.

There is much to like about this property. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views and very close to all of the retail in North Vancouver or the ferry to Vancouver proper. Also easy to get to the highway if going elsewhere in BC. The beds are comfortable and there's a lot of space. There's one parking spot in back and plenty of street parking right in front. There's a park a few hundred yards away and walking trails nearby. And you can walk to retail. There is only one bathroom, which for a 3 bedroom place, can get crowded pretty quickly and create some chaos when getting ready to go out if all the bedrooms are being used. There is no AC and for most of the time that's likely not a problem. But when there's the heat wave, as there was when we were there, it can get uncomfortable, especially as there were only 2 fans. The TV doesn't have cable and for international travelers, including the US, your personal apps - ESPN, Peacock, Hulu, DirecTV, YoutubeTV, etc... - don't work in Canada (without a VPN) so if you want to catch a game - we were there during the WC, NBA finals and Stanley Cup - you have to go to a bar. But that's nitpicking. It's a good house and it's easy to get where you want to go from there and you'll likely be comfortable and able to sleep well.
