This beautiful property is located 1 block from the beach w/ access to the St. George island bike trail directly across the street.

This inviting home encompasses a large family room with ample seating for everyone. The home has 4 bedrooms each with smart TV`s and luxury mattresses. The owner`s suite is grande with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The charming bunk room is a fun spot for the kids to nestle into after a long day on the beach and even has a gaming console for the kids to enjoy. The remaining two rooms are located on the other side of the home and each is furnished with king size beds. The home has a well equipped kitchen with a large island allowing plenty of space to prepare drinks and cook while making memories. The adjacent large pantry/laundry room provides plenty of storage and is equipped with front load washer/dryer and beach towels for your vacation.
The ground level of this home is designed with island life in mind! There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, a gas grill and a fire pit. There is also an additional seating area pool-side to enjoy while the kids play in the pirate sand-box. The large saltwater pool has a built in swim shelf and bubbler. This amenity provides the children with a shallow area to play on or the adults a unique space to lounge while soaking up all that St George has to offer. In addition, there is a fenced in back yard behind the home for your pets to enjoy.
Adjoining the pool is a spacious dining/lounge area with a 75 inch Smart TV and propane fire table. The home is equipped with free Wifi for your entertainment/streaming needs. Additionally, we have a storage area below the steps stocked with outdoor chairs (different sizes for all), umbrellas, beach wagon, pool toys and yard games for your enjoyment.
