-Pool (heated between 84-86 degrees from 8am- 8pm/October through April; $50 per day fee to heat the pool(non-refundable). One day’s notice required for pool heating. The ability to consistently maintain this temperature will depend on your use of the solar cover when not in use) Pool will be a swimmable temperature but not like a hot tub.
-Pool floats, air pump and kid life jackets

Beautiful 🌴

Beautiful, clean home just as described. We came for a girls golf trip and the house exceeded our expectations. The makeup stations were perfect with six girls getting ready! Quiet neighborhood and close to Downtown Scottsdale made it easy to come and go. The backyard is a beautiful relaxing little oasis!

Guys getaway

We enjoyed the property thoroughly. Unfortunately we had terrible weather while we were there so we didn't really get to enjoy the pool and the outdoor amenities very much. The location worked well for us, it is close to both old Scottsdale, and Tempe. Suzanne answered any question I had right away. Would not hesitate to book again.

Fun home for family stay

Stayed here in February with my spouse and kids. Really enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub. Lots to do in the surrounding Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Really enjoyed our stay

Golf trip to Scottsdale

Recently visited Scottsdale for a golf trip. This rental was great. On top of being clean and nice, the Owner really goes the extra mile with nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, a well stocked kitchen, nice bedding, well stocked in towels, etc. Suzanne was a great host. Would 100% stay here again!

Thanksgiving Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is as nice as it looks online. There is tons of space for a family or a large group to spread out. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home.
