It was great! Awesome house and property! We had a small trouble with the hot gas but it’s a house, things happen! The owner was quick to respond and send out a maintenance worker!

Amazing home, Jen was an amazing host. Stayed in contact with us the entire stay to make sure everything was going well. Responded within minutes. Will absolutely stay there again on our next trip out there.

The home was dated, not well equipped, photos didn't represent the home accurately. The home was represented as a luxury property, but was any but that. The home has not been maintained. Pool was dirty, towels were old and sparse ( had to hunt for them) , dishes weren't clean (there were no dish towels) , shower head didn't adjust (broken) landscaping unkept, bulbs burned out or missing, paddle fans couldn't be adjusted, bbq did not have knobs and was missing the propane tank. Outdoor seating was filthy! The pool was unavailable the first night because the "pool man" was there trying to fix the filter. One would expect there to be a box of Kleenex in each bathroom, but there was none to be found. Overall, very poor experience. We have stayed a number of VRBO with our team for conferences and this one rates at the bottom of the list for everyone. Lastly we had to reach out to the host to get the access information. I would expect her to send it in advance to me. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. For context, your stay coincided with one of the strongest wind storms Las Vegas experienced this year on May 21, which resulted in significant debris throughout the area. As reflected in your own photos, our pool technician and landscaper were onsite immediately addressing the storm-related debris. The pool was cleaned and restored, and the landscaping debris had been gathered for removal and was cleared the same day. Additionally, the built-in BBQ pictured was temporarily out of service and undergoing maintenance. The control knobs had been intentionally removed to prevent guest use while repairs were being completed after a previous incident. A separate replacement grill was provided and available for guest use during this time, but it was not shown in the review photos. We strive to address maintenance items promptly and take guest safety seriously. Since your stay, we have continued investing in upgrades, preventative maintenance, and enhanced quality-control inspections to ensure the property meets the standards our guests expect. We appreciate all guest feedback and use it to continuously improve the experience for future visitors.

We stayed here for a family trip and overall had an okay experience, but there were several issues—especially for the price.The biggest drawback was the pool. It was advertised as heated, but the heater wasn’t working properly and required manual adjustments throughout our stay. A technician came out, but it was still a hassle. One of the main reasons we booked was the pool slide for our kids, but it was outdated and rough, so they barely used it.The refrigerator also stopped working a few days in, which ruined food. The host reimbursed us, which we appreciated, but we were left dealing with a partially working fridge.There were several smaller issues as well: a bed broke the first night (fixed next day), pool cues were unusable, the kitchen was under-stocked (not enough silverware or baking pans), some light bulbs were missing, and trash was full upon arrival with no clear instructions.The home is listed for 16 guests, but it felt tight for that many adults. Some had to share beds or use couches. In no way can it fit 16 adults, thankfully we had small children, we could squeeze in beds and some on couches.The host was responsive and tried to help, but it felt like much of our stay involved working around maintenance issues. Overall, the home has potential but didn’t meet expectations for a “luxury” stay at all.
Broken cabinet. That was supposed to function as a dresser in one of the bedrooms.
Unfinished outdoor kitchen... Just looks sloppy.
Terrible craftmanship in the entire home.

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a key point for accuracy—this property is not advertised as having a heated pool. In fact, I specifically communicated to you that we no longer offer pool heating due to the system limitations, where the spa and pool cannot be heated at the same time without affecting performance. We were transparent about this in advance, so it’s misleading to present the pool as “advertised heated” in your review. That said, we still made every effort to be responsive during your stay—sending out a technician, addressing concerns quickly, and reimbursing you for the refrigerator issue. While no property is immune to occasional maintenance items, we handled each situation promptly and professionally. We appreciate you noting our responsiveness, but it’s important future guests have an accurate understanding of what is and is not offered at the home.

We stayed at this property with a group of 14 for my co-ed bachelorette weekend. The home itself is spacious and had the potential to be a great place for a large group gathering, but unfortunately several issues impacted our stay.When we arrived, the pool was green and unusable. We were told there had been recent bad weather, which we understand can happen, but it didn’t appear that the pool had been treated or prepared prior to our arrival.The outdoor fire pit was also not working. Because it was quite cold during our stay, this amenity was something we were really looking forward to using, and without it we weren’t able to comfortably enjoy the outdoor space on our first night.Additionally, the main refrigerator was not working. With a group our size and the amount of food we had brought for the weekend, this created a significant inconvenience.The kitchen utensils and equipment were also quite worn and limited for a home that accommodates large groups. The Keurig machine in particular appeared very old and raised some sanitation concerns.I normally don’t like leaving critical reviews, but these issues did impact our experience and were frustrating during an important weekend celebration. With some maintenance updates and attention to these details, this property could be a much better experience for future guests.

During your stay, we did not receive any messages or communication regarding the concerns mentioned. We are always available and very responsive, and had we been contacted we would have immediately addressed any issues. For example, the outdoor fire pit is fully operational, and we would have been more than happy to walk you through how to ignite it if you were having trouble using it. Regarding the pool, Las Vegas experienced one of the largest wind storms of the year the day before your arrival, which unfortunately can impact outdoor pools with debris and algae. We did inform you prior to check-in that our pool technician would be servicing the pool that day to ensure it was cleaned and treated. Weather events like this are sometimes outside of our control, but they are not a recurring issue as reflected in the many positive reviews from our past guests. Our goal is always to provide an excellent experience, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve anything right away. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has a great stay.

The house was amazingly beautiful. The pool in the back was perfect. The communication with the host was excellent. When we had questions regarding different things in the house, the response was very quick. There were a few items missing from the house, but they arrived via Uber. We would highly recommend this Home. The location is amazing so close to the strip or anything you want to do in Las Vegas Vegas.
