We had an excellent stay! The house was beautiful and clean. We were impressed with the provisions - cookware and dish quantity. The view was great and the price point for beach front was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

30 years and never had such a nice condo!

The condo was beautiful, and decorated very nicely! We have been coming down to the Beach House condos for 30 years and never had such a nice condo. The rental agency was very caring, did a great job during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean views

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Nice pool, great location and easy walk to the beach. We would definitely at this unit again.

We had a wonderful time visiting South Padre Island. We loved the gulf view and easy access to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable and nicely stocked with basic amenities. The only suggestion we would recommend would be to replace the mattresses. They are way too soft and you sink in the middle. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent

My wife and our son had an amazing stay at Beach House. The view every morning was unforgettable and SPI rentals made the process incredibly easy. Would recommend highly!
