The property had incredible views. I don't think there could possibly be a better view on the island. We spent the majority of our time outside on the veranda. It was absolutely stunning! Parking was never an issue.The unit was "sort of" cleaned. We had to go through and re-clean everything. The cleaning service had really dropped the ball. The sheets, towels and bedding smelled of mildew. The host was great, picked everything up and re-cleaned for us. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable.There were 2 bathrooms. One was the size of a very small closet. The shower was so small, it was almost unusable. The other bathroom was nice size.This was my first experience staying in a VRBO. I expected to at least have the basics. We had to purchase toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags... etc. This really detracted from the overall experience. Hopefully the host reads this and amends this for future rentals.

The place is as described with 3 nice bedrooms, main living space is cozy but enough. One of the bathrooms (en suite) is very small but none the less another full bathroom, however we found ourselves showering in the shared bath due to the shower size. All the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The views cannot be beat, both decks are very spacious with AMAZING scenery. The house has great location to the local swimming hole as well as great snorkeling in the ocean off the deck side. It is also a close drive to local grocery (very reasonable) and right next to Cais 20 (great navigation point and good restaurant open until 2 am which is rare for the island). There is a parking lot at the streets end but we did not park there after the first night (our rentals gas line was cut and gas siphoned, which according to car rental company is becoming an issue), no fault of the owner. We then parked on the curb out front (there is a street light) and did not have another issue. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons; we would return, but the house lacked some common items such as extra TP, Paper Towels, and trash bags. The coffee maker did not work, and there was no dryer (only a washer) or outside trash can. Aecond, communication wasn’t as expected, some questions prior to arrival needed follow up (but were answered on follow up), and we requested early check in due to arrival time but were never contacted to say the house was ready (even after the 4pm check in time).

Superbe localisation! Stationnement toujours disponible en bout de rue. Les deux terrasses sont à couper le souffle! Baignade facile dans le secteur.

The property has amazing views and the outdoor space is wonderful. The place was clean and worked out well for 3 adult travelers. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to all inquiries. Sao Miguel is simply a beautiful place to visit. I definitely want to come back.
