Welcome to Twin Peaks Unit 2, a brand-new one-level duplex that’s perfect for couples or close friends looking for a peaceful escape in the Smoky Mountains. Located just 10 minutes from Sevierville and only 2 minutes from the Deer Farm Petting Zoo, this charming retreat offers modern comfort with a touch of mountain charm.
This unit features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with just 4 steps leading up to a private deck where a hot tub awaits—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space with a comfortable couch (which folds out into an extra bed), a cozy chair, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area seats two, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home. A washer and dryer are also located next to the kitchen for your convenience.
The bedroom includes a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the deck—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
There’s also a shared outdoor area with a charcoal grill and lawn games for a little extra fun during your stay. If you're traveling with friends or another couple, Twin Peaks Unit 1 next door offers a matching layout and can be rented separately.
