Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living space or exploring the area, this condo is the ideal retreat for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Our Mediterranean style villa will greet you with everything you need for the perfect stay. Fresh Linens and towels, beach towels for the pool, bathroom necessities, Shampoo conditioner, body lotion. Kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, bakeware, dishes, cooking knives, spices, KCUP and Coffee Maker, this bright and airy villa is steps away from coin laundry (laundry soap provided), pool and lots of green space. Parking is directly in front of unit. Peaceful patio awaits for staring at the stars while you relax after your journey or days adventures. Lots of great hiking trails, biking and gorgeous sunsets! You will be at ease in our space, and we are very communicative as well as live in the area. Come stay in our villa and enjoy everything our city has to offer. Gregg’s place was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures and is in an excellent location in the center of Green Valley. It’s located within a short walk of a shopping area that includes three used bookstores, several restaurants, and other shops. The unit is extremely clean, quiet, and well-stocked. The mostly shaded front patio is a nice spot to sit and talk or have coffee. Our son and daughter-in-law joined us for a few days of our stay, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Gregg is extremely responsive, almost immediately responding to every message we sent. When we told him that the iron didn’t work, he promptly brought us a brand-new iron, along with an ironing board. He was accommodating in every way possible—truly an excellent host.

We believe everyone travels to AZ for the mountains and the views. However, in our travels we came to love the Mediterranean style which inspired us to decorate our Villa in the Mediterranean style! From the bright white walls to the gorgeous Mediterranean blue accents. We thought of everything! Once inside you will not think you are in the desert region of Arizona! It truly is a great escape you deserve!
