The house was very clean and had everything you could need. You can tell the remodel was done with care and respect to the old building, no corners cut. The host was great to work with. The iconic Brigham sign is right outside the window which makes for excellent views, but it is a bit bright at night. Perhaps bring some eye covers if light bothers you.

The stay was great, the loft had everything I needed and the host was kind enough to supply me with a sleeping mat and blankets for my father who prefers to sleep on the floor. Overall, it was exactly as described and perfect for my needs.

Once again, a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, classy and comfortable location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brigham City. David is a thoughtful, attentive host and the place is perfect for an extended stay. My wife is able to work on her projects while I was conducting my business in town. Other than a slight snafu with the keypad, which David came in person to take care of, the check in process was easy and simple, as always.Highly recommend the place and the host (Nice work, David).

Great location and beautiful loft. Had everything I needed to be comfortable and more. I do recommend if you are a light sleeper to bring a sleep mask as it does stay bright at night.

The loft was spacious, clean with nice details to make our stay comfortable.The area was very quiet. We loved the large windows overlooking the Main Street. The check in and check out was very simple. It was a perfect getaway location for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Al of the above stood out! The hosts were incredible and the property was gorgeous! They thought of everything...we could have stayed for a year. I highly recommed staying if you plan to visit any place in the sorrounding area! The renovation was very well done with top of the line everything. They definitely did not try to save a buck when furnishing the place...WE WILL BE BACK!

This is a one of a kind spot. The decor, layout and furnishings are beautiful! I was impressed by the effort that has been given to make guest feel as though they were at home!! The owners communication is very easy and they respond quickly. I enjoyed the keyless locks, no one wants to carry extra keys around. The Loft is right on Main Street so exploring the town took little effort. This is the only place I will stay, unless it's booked. No more hotels for me!

Second floor apartment in heart of downtown Brigham City, with walkable shopping in every direction. Beautifully decorated with high-end amenities (bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc) and stunningly curated furnishings. A decorator’s dream…and so spotlessly clean you could do surgery on any surface (lol).Only caveat: this beauty is at the top of a long, steep flight of stairs. My chronically bad back was complaining—but it was worth it.

The loft was well located and easy to access. It was well laid out and clean. Always nice to have a small kitchen to make breakfast in the morning and a nice living area to relax during a stressful day running around sightseeing. Given this loft is an older building, one needs to understand that the building is located off the Main Street and because of very large and old windows, the noise level from traffic can be high during the day and early evening and early morning. Also right outside the window there is a very large welcome sign that is bright red and shines through the windows at night creating a very big night light throughout the loft. The shades are not black out so keep in mind that a sleep mask is needed if one sensitive to light. A small suggestion would be to add a retractable screen in the bedroom doorway that would block this red light. I would stay again even though I had one small issue with access early evening on last day...owner put the wrong check out day in the system for the lock and the automatic code system locked me out at 7PM....I called the owner immediately but he was not quickly available as my message went to voice mail immediately...finally got ahold of the other owner and the matter was quickly resolved.....could have been disastrous if came back later that evening....always good to be on ones phone 24/7 when self renting out a place like this.
