Open and airy home with 20 ft. vaulted ceilings and custom accents throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and double ovens. Sun-filled living room with a wall of glass doors leading out to the heated pool and patio. Spacious master suite leading out to the pool and two additional guest bedrooms. Den off the living room that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Finished lower level with media room and recreational room adding an additional 1,500+/- sq. ft. Private and close to East Hampton Village and world class beaches.

Beautiful home in East Hampton

The house and surrounding property were perfect! House is very spacious and well-designed; comfortable without being fussy. Karen answered all questions promptly. We hope to return again.

Wonderful Summer

We had a great time this summer thanks to Karen and Liron. The house was clean, well kept and had a gracious layout. The house was well stocked with linens, beach and pool towels and kitchen tools. The house has a massive basement loaded with toys and games. The kids in our family were in heaven. The pool is large and well maintained. The house is tucked off Hands Creek Road which can be a bit busy but we did not hear any traffic noise other than the occasional heavy truck or loud motorcycle. It is short 5-10 minute drive to anywhere in East Hampton Village, including the ocean beach. The bay beach is about 5 minutes down the road or 10 minutes if you are going to Sammy's or Maidstone. Karen and Liron were always responsive to any questions and were a joy to rent from. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends.

Great multigenerational family vacation

Lovely, spacious home and pool layout with lots of entertainment (games) options for the kids, adult kids included. Lots of family interest in returning.

Exceptional stay!

July 2018 My family really enjoyed this home. Came with everything you need for a fun summer beach and pool vacation. The home was welcoming, clean, the nicest VRBO we ever stayed in. The owner Karen was very responsive and accommodating. Great location near the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Book this home, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect home for a family get away!

My family and I rented Karen’s home for six days to celebrate my fathers 70th. The home was absolutely perfect. Beautiful back deck / pool. Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms. I appreciated that Karen went out of her way to set up an air mattress for my brother in the den, and set up pack n plays and high chairs for my one year old niece. Her basement was perfect for family game night and filled with toys for the little one. Plus - she is dog friendly which meant our furry family member was able to join in on the fun. The location was just a short ten minutes drive from town. And the check in check out process was seamless. Highly recommend and would absolutely consider booking here next year! Thank you Karen!!! Look no further! Dream vacation home for families.

We had the most amazing stay in Karen and Liron's gorgeous home. It's pristine, beautifully decorated, and close to everything--shopping, gorgeous beaches, you name it. The hosts were warm, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. Highly, highly recommended.

Fantastic!!!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The house is great and the owners were absolutely great. Very responsive to any question / need we had. We would come back again and again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the Hamptons.

Wonderful experience!

The house worked perfectly for our family, with plenty of space and privacy. The pool and deck, where we spent most of our time, were ideal as well. Karen and Liron were extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet vacation with easy access to town and other East Hampton attractions.

Lovely house and wonderful owner!

The house is spacious and lovely and n a quiet area with a beautiful pool and patio area. Karen, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful. She responded to our every request and made every effort to make sure that everything was in order.

Wonderful House and Lovely Owners

Our stay at PristinePostmodern home in East Hampton for a week was just perfect. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and always thought of our comfort first and foremost. The house itself was exactly as described "Pristine" and in a very convenient location. The pool was beautiful and the deck area spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental for any family or couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I would like to thank Keren and Liron for their hospitality and hope to return next year!

Perfect couples escape

The house had everything we needed! Spacious bedrooms and living room, an awesome back deck/patio with lounge chairs, dining tables and a BBQ. We spent every day by the pool and every night cooking dinner in the kitchen and on the grill. The house is a quick 5 min drive into East Hampton. Karen and her husband were extremely helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries. We would absolutely rent from them again!

We are a family of five (kids ages, 3, 9, 11) who live in Manhattan and enjoy this home all year round. This is the perfect home for families to enjoy as it comes all set up but it also works very well for couples as the kids belongings are confined to the oversized finished lower level.

Set on an acre and a half, this private property enjoys a circular driveway, double car garage and a 1400 sq. foot deck with heated pool just beyond a great room with vaulted ceilings. A recently renovated 1,500 sq. foot basement with media area keeps the kids entertained too, with games and toys from air hockey to foosball. Media Room can be used as an extra room when needed and extra mattresses are available for any overflow.
