-After hours check-in process poorly explained. Luckily another visitor was there to explain the process to me.-Unable to use the pool due to the metal fencing being repaired/replaced. Lots of metal grinding, welding, hammering, etc. Metal dust and welding gasses in the air, extreme noise levels.-I had a ground floor unit. The visitors in the unit above stomping their feet, running around, all day and until past midnight. -Bedroom mattress was atrocious. Old, worn out, uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a sandbag.-Host relies on previous guests to make sure all the dishes are put away clean or face an additional cleaning penalty? Found dirty dishes, pots and pans in every cupboard. Disgusting and gross.-Tried explaining my complaints to the manager on scene. Her response, "That's too bad." Wow...-The close location of the unit to all the stores and restaurants was the only positive.

Everything was excellent except the wifi. We could not get wifi in our unit ever. I spent about an hour back and forth with the IT support on the phone and they ended up saying to keep trying and at some time it should work, but it never worked from our condo. I had some work that I needed to do on my laptop and had to postpone that. I was able to get wifi by the pool.

The resort is nice, but definitely needs updating. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen inventory was minimal. The pool was nice and there were ample chairs. Communications were a bit difficult because booking is done through one entity and the stay is managed by another. We left early in the morning to catch a flight and access to the key drop was padlocked shut.

My whole group of five friends were all really pleased with this stay. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a nice pool and hot tub. It is also quite easy to walk to most parts of downtown Palm Springs. One of our bedrooms had a lovely view of the mountains as well. I would definitely recommend this place for price-conscious customers, as I don’t think you could find a much better deal in Palm Springs.
