It was perfect for us - great grandmother, grandmother, grandson, wife and 4 month old baby. Grandmothers had the 2 queen bedroom. Never heard baby if he cried! Awesome!

Great place, centrally located

Overall the condo was well furnished and clean. It had easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. My only issue was the freezer wasn’t working and our ice cream melted. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Quick getaway

Beautiful home! Lots of room! Construction was going on but we were informed before our stay. Parking is a little tight so if you have a choice, drive the compact car. Do recommend and would stay here if we visited HHI again in the future

We could have stayed three more weeks! The more organized and well stocked rental we have very stayed at. It felt like home from the moment we arrived.

Great stay.

Loved this property. Very well appointed, with great view of the ocean, clean and has everything you need. Covered parking is great. Pool was not heated while we stayed in April. Lots of space, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. Furniture was very comfortable.

Great Location

Overall our experience was exceptional. Some communication opportunities regarding a known issue but after a few phone calls this was resolved within two days. Amazing view of the beach and ocean with daily dolphin sitings and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would book again.

Fabulous Trip!!

My sisters and I rented three condos in SeaCrest and had the best stay over the long Labor Day weekend! Our unit was so cute, clean, comfortable, and convenient to the pool, beach and, most importantly, Pool Bar Jim's! LOL Nice restaurants, shops and cafes were all within walking distance and we drove just a few minutes for some fabulous food at both Coast, and The Black Marlin. The beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Awesome condo, decent property overLl

The two bedroom condo was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. The location in Caligny is great for walking and biking everywhere you need to go. Great restaurants and bars. Being on the beach is amazing. Best beaches! Free parking for two cars is great. The property itself could use a facelift. Hallways and elevators are tired. Pool Bar Jims doesn’t look like much but the employees and vibe are great!The two pools are nice. Our biggest issue is that they don’t open until 10am. We like to swim laps in the morning and by 10, families were in the water and it made lap swimming difficult. Early May is a great time to go.

Amazing views; Steps to Beach and Coligny Plaza; Well Equipped and Clean

The condo receives very high marks for cleanliness; absolutely best oceanfront location; access to grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), restaurants and live music across the street; two beach bikes included with rental and the most amazing sunsets! No wonder these units sell for millions! Would return in a minute!

Great Getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at 3204 SeaCrest. We had a little one with us and being right on the beach was so helpful. The unit was immaculate and nicely appointed. The access to beach rentals was a big plus and so conveniently delivered right to us. We enjoyed riding the bikes on our 8.5 mile trek and we loved the convenience of walking to so many restaurants and shops nearby. Our only complaint is that the property needs to take better care of the pools and deck area. Everything there seemed worn and in need of repairs.

Great location, great view

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was in a great spot. The condo was very clean, super comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and just the best views! There was some construction while there but it didn't interrupt our experience at all. We were disappointed that the gym had no free weights. No fault of the owners obviously, but just letting everyone know, as we didn't expect that from a "gym". Great place - highly recommend.

Great Week at a Beautiful Place

When we had to postpone our trip because of Hurricane Irma, our original choice was not available so we had to choose another rental. Fortunately, with the gracious help of Carrie at Vacation Company, we chose #3204! The place was immaculate with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Besides offering a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, it was beautifully decorated with some unique items to give the villa a special touch. Did I mention the location? Well, besides being oceanfront, Coligny Circle is only a few steps away where there are plenty of interesting shops and restaurants for all tastes. If you want a day of sun and relaxation, sit poolside or on one of the two balconies with a good book and a beverage (they also serve food) from Big Jim's which is right on the property between the two pools. After being disappointed having to postpone our original dates from September to October, this proved to be better than we could have imagined. The weather was great, the rental and property was inviting and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The only problem...the week went by way too fast!

Wonderful vacation!

My family and I had a great experience at this unit. It was clean and updated. The fridge was amazing. The views of the ocean were breathtaking! We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking up at the stars at night. Check in and check out were very easy. The unbelievable ocean views is what you pay for. I absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back in the future!

This property was well maintained. It was clean and in good condition. We could not get the ice maker to work. We were able to freeze ice cubes in a purchased ice cube tray. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect!

From the moment we drove into the complex we were delighted with our choice of properties for our vacation. The location can not be beat, shopping, restaurants, parks, and the BEST lattes are all within walking distance outside of the complex. Within the complex you have 2 great outdoor pools, a fitness center, the beach, and Pool Bar Jim's! The unit itself was on the oceanside and thr views were breathtaking. The unit was larger than expected and very clean. The only negative part was that the wifi was not the greatest but we did not mind too much as we spent most of our time outside! Our 4 kids as well as my husband and I had a great time here. We are already looking at next year.

Perfect location with direct beach access.

Clean, well appointed, two bedroom villa. Would stay again. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, King bedroom suite and two queen bedroom suite. Perfect for a family or two parties traveling together as each room has its own bathroom and balconies. Central location close to everything. Second floor unit of 4 floor building. Sunrise views of the beach/ocean overlooking the pool and hot tub. Downsides, we love taking baths, and the tub fillers on the garden tubs did not produce enough water to fill a bath efficiently. Had to turn it on and do other things while it filled for over 30+ mins. Also, the latch on the hallway bathroom door did not latch shut. It would constantly pop open while you were using the bathroom. It needs adjusting so that it will properly close and lock. Elevators are very slow. We took the stairs except for check in and check out when using the luggage carts. If you need elevators all the time, prepare to wait! Overall it is a great property. Clean, nice towels and beds. Bar seating for 4, dining table for 4 and covered decks with additional seating. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything you need for an extended stay.

Great Vacation

What a wonderful place to stay. Pools were wonderful, access to shops right there, beach and area will leave you speechless. Do not have enough of a vocabulary to express this vacation. Father passed and we had to move up 2 days vacation and this company was right on it to work out a solution. So grateful. Thanks for everything!
