Welcome to Red Bridge Cottage, your charming single level retreat in Manzanita, Oregon! Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of the Oregon Coast, this 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom home has been completely renovated to provide a luxurious and comfortable stay for guests.


Step inside to discover a tastefully decorated interior with new décor and furnishings throughout, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The spacious layout offers plenty of room for families and groups, with four bedrooms providing ample space for relaxation and rest.


Situated just a quarter-mile from Neakahnie-Manzanita State Park, outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to hiking trails, scenic viewpoints, and pristine beaches. Whether you're exploring the rugged coastline, birdwatching in the nearby forests, or simply relaxing by the fireplace with a good book, Red Bridge Cottage offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.


After a day of adventure, unwind on the deck and soak in the serene surroundings, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. With modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout, this home provides everything you need for a memorable stay on the Oregon Coast.

There is a EV charger available for guests with electric vehicles. The model is J1772

*Security Cameras - Please note that there is a camera at the front door, a camera on the south side exterior, and a camera towards a back deck that sees the hot tub, the shed, and the deck furniture . These cameras are not regularly monitored, and are only there for security purposes. *Indoor alarm system- If the alarm is set and triggered it takes a picture but it's not streaming photos of the guest.


We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

What a wonderful time we had at the Red Bridge Cottage in Manzanita! Our three-generation family trip was everything we had hoped for and we loved our accommodations. Plenty of room for all of us, close to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops....everything.We took advantage of the firepit and roasted marshmallows for s'mores, loved the hot tub, and took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen for all our family meals. The description as a "cottage" is a bit of a misnomer as there was plenty of room for everyone and the interior is modern but very comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

5 stars all the way around! We’ve regularly rented houses on the coast for a friend group getaway for many years now and this is one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in. Incredibly well stocked, spacious bedrooms and everything worked. The landscaping is also gorgeous. Will 100% be renting again!

We reserved this location for the 48th year that us 6 gal pals have gotten together. It was a perfect place for us, spacious, very well-appointed, clean and beautiful. We were less than a mile from the beach. While at this home, we visited places from Fort Clatsop near Astoria to, Seaside, Cannon Beach and Tillamook. This was a wonderful base to be able to do that. There was an issue with VRBO not emailing the door code but we contacted the owner. She got right back to us and solved the issue, so easy to work with. We all thoroughly enjoyed this home and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful property only a 1/4 mile from the beach and only a mile from the quaint little town of Manzanita. Our family stayed for an entire week and every amenity we needed was there. The landscaping, complete with a fire pit, is lovely as well. There is plenty of room for everyone, even if you need time apart. Would definitely recommend, and would come again down the road.

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. We did not need to contact host during stay. Some in group know Manzanita well. Rooms were clean and met our needs. We did not use hot tub.
