You will love Princesa! Located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with ping pong, gym equipment, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store, and Colin's Cantina Restaurant, on site! Great family atmosphere!

* Sleeping arrangements: King bed, Queen bed, and an air mattress
* Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms
* SmartTVs in the living room and primary bedroom
* Spa shower system
* Amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and the Malecon!
* Easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo!
* Beach towels, boogie boards, noodles, floats, a few chairs, and a wagon.
