In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cook wear. The resort has a fun onsite restaurant, a beautiful pool and hot tub. Conveniently located on Sandy Beach near everything!

The Space:
This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.

Other Things to Note:
BBQ GRILL - Please note that this property only has a small countertop electric grill, and the resort does NOT have a community grilling area.
Some areas of the resort are under construction and you may hear light construction noise during the daytime.
The fitness center onsite is a separate company but is open to guests for a day or weekly pass that can be purchased.
HOT TUB - In very hot months July-Sept we only fill and heat the private hot tub by advanced request!
