Beautiful ground level Presidential Suite at the Esmeralda Resort with wrap around patio featuring your very own hot tub with ocean views! (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available by request). This spacious 2,850 Square Feet condo has 3 bedrooms/4 baths with one of the best views in town. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cookware.

This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.

Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

BBQ GRILL - Please note that this property has a portable electric grill, and the resort does NOT have a community grilling area.
Some areas of the resort are under construction and you may hear light construction noise during the daytime.
The fitness center onsite is a separate company but is open to guests for a day or weekly pass that can be purchased.
HOT TUB - In very hot months July 1- October 1 the private hot tub is available upon request.
