This well-maintained home is conveniently located just steps to Songo Pond for ice fishing/fishing, kayaking, boating and there are numerous hiking/biking trails directly across from house. The property is also minutes from shopping and dining in the Bethel Village, and is a quick 15-minute drive to both Sunday River and Mount Abram.
