Playas de Tijuana is famous for its boardwalk (Malecón), where you can enjoy a meal with an ocean view, try a Coco Loco, Mexican-style corn, ice cream, or simply sit back and take in the sunset.
We’re just 12 minutes from the San Diego–Tijuana border, 30 minutes from Rosarito, 40 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, and about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe and Ensenada.
The Space:
The property features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for vacation rentals. It also includes a washer and dryer inside the home for your convenience.
In the outdoor patio, you’ll find a turtle pond, beautiful plants, a cozy walkway with hanging chairs, and an outdoor dining table.
There is also a private parking space available on the property.
Please note that a staff member will occasionally access the outdoor areas to water the plants and feed the turtles.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, patios, and laundry room.
The only areas that are not accessible are:
The door on the right side of the master bedroom, which is closed off for storage.
The turtle pond, which is closed off for safety and to ensure proper care of the turtles.

Located along the Pacific Ocean, Playas de Tijuana is a laid-back, vibrant coastal neighborhood known for its relaxed atmosphere, ocean views, and strong sense of community. It’s the perfect blend of small-town beach vibes with the energy of Tijuana just minutes away.
Playas de Tijuana is also known for being peaceful and family friendly. It’s walkable, safe, and full of green spaces, art murals, and cozy cafés. The beach itself varies with the tides—sometimes sandy, sometimes rocky—but always a lovely spot for relaxing, surfing, or simply soaking up the coastal breeze.
Getting Around:
Uber and Didi are both reliable options for getting around Playas de Tijuana.
