This Cancún apartment boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with a comfortable king bed, queen bed, and twin bed with lagoon and ocean view thru the windows and balcony, designer furniture, fully stocked kitchen: strategic downtown location above shopping center, restaurants, most popular Mall shopping with international and national stores. Guests can enjoy the convenience of A/C and heating, WiFi and a fitness room in the PB floor. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
Building Security and Control Rules:
The person making the reservation must show valid identification (unregistered guests without ID are not allowed access). The person making the reservation must be present. Reservations made by third parties are not accepted. We have a security camera at the door, which cannot be disconnected or blocked. Any interference will be reported to management, and your stay may be immediately canceled without a refund.
Use of Common Areas and Pool
These rules are mandatory and established by the condominium management. It is the guest's responsibility to comply with them at all times during their stay.
- Only the person on the reservation may use the pool.
- No entry is allowed in the elevators or wet air-conditioned areas.
- Loud music or activities that generate noise or disturb neighbors or guests are allowed.
- Food, glass containers, or objects that could contaminate the area are not allowed.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate restrictions on pool access for the remainder of your stay.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents and guests.
Use of the Gym and Meeting Room
These are community spaces controlled by building management. If, for reasons of sanitation, repairs, etc., you are unable to enter or use them at certain times, we will be unable to take any action as this is subject to management regulations and is not under our control.
Loss of Digital Keycards
Remember that these cards are extremely important for you to access the building, elevator, parking, and common areas. Therefore, I ask that you be very careful not to lose them, as there is a $100 USD replacement fee.
I appreciate your consideration and respect for these management policies.
