Discover this 2-bedroom 2 bathroom gem in historic Georgetown. Just steps away from Front St. The Cottage on Prince is part of an 1882 property set on half an acre with a beautiful recently renovated pool. Offers 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living/ dining room, full kitchen and laundry room. Cottage has all the amenities of home! With an amazing covered porch that overlooks the pool. Perfect for afternoon cocktails after a day on the water!

Walk just one block and you are downtown. With access to all the amazing shops restaurants and water views that Georgetown has to offer.

*Our property is our family home. We have children and friendly pets that also use the common grounds. The yard and pool is shared with our guests, our friends and our family.

Children and teens must be monitored in swimming pool at ALL times. Swimming pool is 5 ft at deepest point. No diving!
We have 3 young children and live in the main house full time. Please be aware of this and use appropriate language and behavior in common areas.
We have 2 friendly dogs. Please keep gates closed in back yard. We have 2 outdoor enclosed rabbits. Please don’t bother them. But happy to introduce!

Excellent place

Whitney and her family were exceptional hosts welcoming us to their home! Do not miss the opportunity to stay here. It’s within walking distance to everything, the guest cottage has all the amenities you could want and the family is so welcoming. My husband and I will definitely come back for another visit!

Great property great host.

I only got to stay a night there because my flight doomed me but Whitney was very nice and left everything for us. Had this been a hotel my reservation and my money would be gone. Will stay again next year I would imagine.

Southern Historic Elegance

Words can’t describe the wonderful historic southern hospitality and charm of this location! The cottage met all our needs and had updated amenities. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to Front street for both dinner and breakfast although we could have easily prepared our own meals in the cottage if we had chosen to. Communication with the property owner were great and very welcoming. We felt like we were welcome as old friends rather than guests. We can’t recommend this place enough (although it is such a wonderful place that we might wish we kept it a secret,lol!)
