Guest Access:

• Guests receive complimentary access to a pool and gym located onsite.

• Self-service check-in and check-out are managed using a smart lock system.

• Valet parking is offered at no cost (one vehicle per reservation; trucks are not allowed).

• Our team provides immediate communication and friendly assistance.

• Convenient access to main roads and highways is ensured.

• In-unit laundry facilities come equipped with free detergent.

• Kitchenware and utensils are provided for preparing meals during your stay.

• Memory foam pillows are provided for improved sleeping comfort.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are permitted based on their size; please notify us in advance and disclose your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:



- Stays of 1 to 4 nights: $35 per night per pet

- Stays of 5 to 29 nights: $250 per pet

- Stays of 30 nights or longer: $400 per pet



Please note, the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.



Guest verification before check-in is mandatory.



To comply with legal obligations and property security guidelines, you may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check. Please be assured that this information is collected solely for screening purposes and is not stored or utilized for any other purposes.



All guests must sign a rental agreement governing the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Adhere to our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Undergo a background check if required by the property management company or owner as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms.

- Complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests are required to provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.



Note: Surveillance cameras are in place in the hallways for security purposes. A Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $55 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
