These repairs are limited to the exterior of the building and will not affect guest stays.
Please note that during this time, some balconies may be temporarily closed or locked while work is being completed on the unit’s exterior.
We appreciate your understanding as the property continues to improve and maintain its high standards.

For your comfort, the air conditioning is available year-round. Please do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees during the spring and summer months, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze and may result in service interruptions.
