気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The host appeared interested to fix the issues but it was too late. My suggestion is for them to find another cleaning service because the property is nice but the upkeep is not being maintained. I found a cigarette bud inside a non smoking home. A dead fly on the pillow of a bed that my grandchild were going to sleep. The white curtains look stained from dog urinating on them. The trundle mattress filthy the furniture in the sitting area filthy the carpet filthy. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the areas that we were using since I was there for a surgical procedure. No concessions were offered other than sending the cleaning crew back out that didn’t properly cleaned the first time!
