Beach living awaits you at this 2-bedroom, 2 bath house. This unique property is located on 3 levels giving it a large feeling in a small footprint. The furnishings and décor are curated from many travels to the flea markets of Paris and envelop you in a feeling of a home away from home. Above all, the location to just about everything you could want is just a short walk in either direction. Walk 5 minutes down the hill to experience Capitola Village with it's captivating beach, restaurants and shops. Or walk a few minutes up the street to satisfy your cravings at the epic Gayles Bakery or the Capitola Produce and Fish Market. Walking distance to Nob Hill, CVS, Peets, post office...just about anything you need. Easy access to Hwy 1 for those days that you may want to explore more of the Santa Cruz county offerings. 2 parking spaces and free parking on Capitola Avenue.

My husband and I live in Chicago part -time but are now able to call Capitola home. I grew up in the area and now we both love everything it has to offer.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This was my mother's house since she found it under construction in 1998. She owned Paper Parade which was located next to Gayle's Bakery for 20 years so this area has been very special to me most of my life.
この宿泊施設の特徴
All of my mother's beautiful things still reside in the home. You will find vintage trinkets on display from her many travels abroad and specifically the flea markets of Paris. Please treat them with care!
