The lane is private, and so is the house, but it is not isolated. This country lane is lovely for walking, and it is very lightly traveled, so it is safe for pets and children. The property itself is 3 acres, with a large backyard for family games and childhood play.

As for the house, the entry level offers the well-equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, and the living room with woodburning fireplace. first level deck is here, with the gas grill and outdoor dining table, and, of course, the mountain views.

Also on the entry level is a bedroom with queen bed, and its own deck. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination, too, so someone wanting to avoid stairs can easily do so here.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, with queen bed and its own outdoor deck. The hallway fill bath with a tub/shower combination is shared with the second upstairs bedroom. This bedroom has two full beds.

On the lowest level is the 4th bedroom with queen bed, and an exit right to the deck with the hot tub. There is a half bath which also houses the laundry. As well, the family room can be found on this level. This space offers a TV, a ping pong table, and a Foosball table as well as space for art projects. The spacious screen porch is found here, too.
