We love the private indoor pool, hot tub and the game room. Both kids and adults had a great time. It is a place to be if you want a quiet and peaceful getaway with your friends and family.

Overall our family of 14 had a great time at this property. Plenty of space and in general the place was clean. We did find a few items left over from the previous guests but nothing major. The highlights were the indoor pool, hot tub and game room. Plenty of seating for all and we loved the large dining table that we all could sit at for meals. It was also great being close to things, including Bushkill Falls (25 min drive). What needs improved…better equipped kitchen I.e. cooking utensils and hot pads. There were a few utensils and we made them work. Also the outdoor spaces need some TLC. Again we had a great time and were pleased with the place.

The place was perfect with five bedrooms, indoor pool was terrific. Was surprised to learn only a day ahead that you needed to bring sheets/bedding for the pull-out couches that are in bedrooms as well as bathing towels. Fortunately, we were driving so could add these at the last minute. Plus needed to bring your own soaps, shampoos, etc. I think this information needs to be included at the front end as making decisions for best place to stay. Was disappointed that could not get in until 5pm on check-in day!!

We looooooved the house, the kids enjoyed the pool so much, and the game room. The beds were comfortable, and the backyard space was so nice! We just loved it overall.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Nothing beats swimming in a warm pool while it’s snowing outside. The house was very clean upon arrival. Everything went smoothly during our stay. We hope to stay again soon!

Excellent place to share with family. We had a great time. It's like being at home with all the comforts. I loved the kitchen. It has everything to prepare food. I would return again on vacation with my family. 10 out of 10.

The property was as pictured.We loved the fact that the pol had an electric closure, to keep the 2 little ones out.Lawn well manicured and was great for a running game of pop the balloon.

Overall, this was a nice property and a good getaway for my family. The home is in a secluded area with plenty of space, and the bedrooms and living areas were comfortable and as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies, and having a dumpster at the end of the property made disposing of trash easy. Check-in was also smooth.However, a few things could definitely be improved. For a 400 cleaning fee, the cleanliness was disappointing. The floors didn’t appear to be properly swept or mopped—our socks were black after walking around—and we noticed dust and some stains on the bedroom linens.It would also be very helpful if the host provided a physical instruction manual in the house. We had to keep referencing the online listing for things like the dishwasher, and there were no instructions for the bathtub in the bedroom. When we tried to use it, the faucet was leaking, so we didn’t end up using it.The outdoor area was nice but not fully set up when we arrived. Chairs were flipped over and there were some empty bags around, so we had to arrange things ourselves. If you plan to use the fire pit, make sure to bring your own firewood.Checkout was another downside. Our stay fell during daylight saving time, so we lost an hour overnight. We asked about a small extension but the host wasn’t flexible. Someone arrived about 15 minutes before checkout and waited in the driveway while we were loading the cars, which made the departure feel a bit uncomfortable.
