This house was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen had top notch equipment and good appliances for meal prep. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms tidy and stocked with plenty of towels. The host was were helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious

My family recently stayed there for a long weekend. Good location, very quiet even over holiday weekend. Place was clean and restful. Nice fenced in yard for the dog. Would stay there again.

The home was so comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially like the little extra touches like K-cups for the coffee maker and all the light switches were labeled (so helpful). Our favorite part of the house was the sunroom, a great space! The owners were very helpful and gracious. This was a nice quiet area. We would stay again.

Thanks for making our family Christmas get together a reality. The House is clean & quite nice with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood & a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee pods! 6 adults, 2 teenagers, & 2 younger kids all had good sleeping facilities, thanks to the queen size air mattress (one of the nice amenities). The hosts are very accommodating -I inadvertently left a pair of shoes & they went out of their way to return them. We would definitely stay again.

Best Brownwood Experience

My family truly enjoyed this home. The photos accurately reflected the kind of home we would experience. Our hosts were lovely and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way, especially when we needed a late check out.We couldn’t ask for a better home.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location while visiting family for the holidays! The property was very clean and organized, with many fantastic amenities, including sound machines in bedrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls and swabs, floss picks, hairdryer with a diffuser fitting, very soft and absorbent towels, luggage racks, laundry detergent pods, dish soap, a fully stocked kitchen, and more! The home has been kept very well and the neighborhood seems safe and quiet. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages we sent and have done a very good job making a cozy place to stay when traveling to Brownwood. The beds were a little hard for our preferences and we would have appreciated a Brita water pitcher or something similar as the refrigerator is not hooked up to a water line, but neither of these things would keep us from happily booking again! We traveled with 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs and we had PLENTY of space to spread out! You really can’t go wrong staying at this house.

The place was lovely! It held all my family perfectly, I misread the listing thinking there was an additional bedroom (the sunroom is considered a room with 2 twin beds), but because the house was so well set up it worked out perfectly fine. There was a small maintenance issue while we were there, but the host was very communicative and it was addressed quickly. My family loved the sunroom and the kids all had plenty to do and a place to play.
