Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Dayton. This charming property boasts 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 king and 1 queen) and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 king and a shared room with 1 bunk bed: twin over full, and a queen bed) perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, and all the comforts of home, guests can enjoy dining out in nearby foodie locations or preparing their meals at the house. The 2 bathrooms feature showers, body and hair products, fluffy towels and hair dryers for added convenience.

We are conveniently located in the Walnut Hills neighborhood. Easy access to major highways, interstates and parks. We are 1 mile from the University of Dayton campus (home of the NCAA First Four), famous foodie Oregon District, Miami Valley Hospital, close to Wright-Patterson Airforce Base. We can host up to 11 people in these 6 beds, 2 full bath, cozy and charming home. Perfect for weekend reunions, family gatherings and flyer events.

I have learned that travel can be fun and more enjoyable if you could just pack up your favorite belongings and have them at your ready wherever you stay. We all know that bringing your whole house and your creature comforts makes it hard to go anywhere, so I have tried to provide a place that is not just basic but contains more elements of home along with the comfort of good beds, space to move about and thoughtful amenities.
