Cute and beautifully decorated and clean home located close to major street and downtown Dayton, UD arena, Oregon district with easy access to suburbs as well. Beautifully renovated, maintains some old charm, incredible kitchen. Please note that this is a 2 storey home with an accessible attic and basement that are available. The first floor has the living room and full size kitchen, a coats closet. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has an office space, a playroom and available inflatable mattresses if needed. The attic has another bedroom (no egress window) with a full bathroom with shower.

Listing as described. Busy street produced some road noise but pretty quiet inside. Great location with easy access to the attractions we wanted to see. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions we had on arrival. Great parking on premises.

Enjoyable stay with family to visit the Airforce museum and get away for a couple days. The property was large enough for 6 adults, 2 children and was well maintained. The kids loft was a nice touch for the littles.

Convenient to downtown Dayton for access to good restaurants. Also close to Air Force museum that we visited.

Terrible stay

Someone had been sleeping on the back porch, beer cans and cigarette butts and a small bbq full of ashes/butts. The road noise was terrible. Racers all night long in the nearby street. Neighbors running a pickup starting it over and over until 3am trying to fix something. I didnt sleep more than 5 mins on the night before my birthday. Told the owner I was leaving on the first day and never received a response. No offer of refund or even an apology. The house isnt as nice as pictured such as the tiger striped worn carpet on the stairs. The nicest bathroom is in the basement. Its a half complete flip job.

Clean, convenient and sound property

Loved everything about the property and how it’s set up worked well for families traveling with children. The only thing that I would try to improve would be the water flow through the showerhead downstairs. I don’t know if it’s a water pressure thing, but there wasn’t a lot of water that came through the showerhead, but we made it work.

Perfect spot for a weekend

This was so lovely! so much better then we expected! Everything was better than expected and we are planning on renting again this summer. We even extended our stay by another day.

Nice place to gather with friends and family

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our local family members to join us over the Thanksgiving holiday. My 11yr old really enjoyed the privacy of the basement bedroom. Overall, everyone was comfortable and had room to spread out.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect house for a family with all ages

This home is perfect for a family of all ages. We had a 24 month old and adults. There are two cribs, a pack and play, and a room that is perfect for children to play. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table for 6 is fantastic for family meals. The kitchen is stocked with spices which we cooked with. Three steps into the house from private parking makes the house easily accessible. Communication with the owner is flawless and immediate. I highly recommend this property! Our stay was perfect.

The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. It does sit on a very busy intersection, so there is some street noise. Overall, the owner has done a nice job of updating the property and the home is nicely appointed. Good communication from the owner. Easy check in process. Great central Dayton location.

Fabulous space, great for family

We had plenty of space for our small group of 4 in this house. We thought we might have had two additional family members who would have been very comfortable if they had been able to join us. The towels were plush and soft, the pillows were fluffy and the mattresses were comfortable. Could have cooled for a crowd in the spacious kitchen.

Wonderful place

Exactly as advertised, beautiful house and perfectly maintained. We were there with my oldest son and my parents for my youngest son’s graduation, and even my mother, who is incredibly finicky, raved about the place.

Your family and friends will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Beautifully designed home, close to downtown Dayton, University of Dayton, Oregon district, easy access to the suburbs and all that Dayton has to offer.
Neighborhood is safe. There is a lot of private parking spaces in the premises.
This house has four fully furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, very spacious updated kitchen, a work space in the attic which also has a nice view and an area to relax, more bed spaces available.
This is a recently renovated historic home. We put in a tremendous amount of energy and love to make this home lovely and beautiful to share with all our guests and to make them feel like they are home. The living room with a 77 inch LED TV, a spacious modern kitchen with all new appliances, a kitchen island and a dining space, four furnished bedrooms, with king size beds, queen and double beds, extra bed, two full bathrooms, a dedicated work space in the attic that is furnished, washer and dryer, ironing area and of course some books for kids and board games.
Most guests enjoy its cleanliness, quiet and cozy nature, with several amenities.
