The spacious living area, complete with a smart TV, and outdoor backyard provides the perfect place to relax, unwind and bask in the peaceful surroundings. Centrally located in East Cobb, this unit is just minutes away from the best restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and grocery stores in the area. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Massive, private walk out basement unit with private/separate entrance, private bedroom with attached bathroom, living room with smart TV, kitchenette. The unit is very spacious and comfortable with tons of natural light from huge glass windows and door. Walk out to the private backyard and patio to enjoy the natural beauty. The property is located in the heart of East Cobb and is only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, cinema, shopping areas, walking/hiking/biking trails.
Please note that a family lives upstairs, which is restricted area monitored with security cameras and not available for guest use. Please be mindful and respectful during your stay.
Listed unit is a private and independent walk-out basement unit with private attached bathroom, kitchenette, living room, dining area. Freshly laundered towels, make-up towels, bed linens, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer are included. Guest will have access to following private living spaces:
Living room with comfortable sectional couch and armchairs and 50 inch smart TV
Fully stocked kitchenette with essentials such as air fryer, microwave, conventional oven, refrigerator, coffe maker, toaster
4-seater dining area
Outdoor patio and backyard space

Keyless locks and check-in
The entrance door has a smart lock which allows keyless entry and exit to the house. Please ensure that the doors are properly closed so that the door can latch and lock correctly.

If the trash bin is full, please tie up the trash bag and take the full trash bag out to the garbage receptacle in the driveway. In case the garbage receptacle is full, please keep the trash bag next to the garbage receptacle. Please insert a new trash bag in the trash bin.
No smoking, vaping, events, parties of any kind.
