Discover the beauty of Virginia Beach from this 2-bedroom condo one block from the oceanfront. The marvelous property features 2 queen beds and is steps away from amazing restaurants and a quick 10 block walk to the Dome and Wave Park. The condo has a full kitchen, wifi, basic cable in the living room and AC. Enjoy a nice stay with your loved ones in this amazing space. I'll be available to answer any questions during your stay.

The kitchen is filled with all the needed utensils for cooking, wine glasses, coffee mugs and pans are all provided. Start your morning with a cup of coffee or a cup of tea.

The condo comes with fresh linens as well as towels and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board should you need.

Laundry detergent is provided as well should you need to do a load of laundry while you stay, the machines are available on the property across the lot.

Boogie boards, beach chairs and some beach toys are available in the main bedroom closet for you to use while enjoying the beach. There are also puzzles, board games, and a deck of cards in the stand under the TV in the living room.

No smoking anywhere on the property or in the condo and no pets.

Parking spot is right in front of the condo. Vehicle needs to be 8 x 18. Second spot or oversized vehicle is available in the parking garage on 9th.

Close to shops, hotels, beach. It was so close to everything. Was able to get up and go walking. The place we stayed was very nice looks just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again.walking on the

Fantastic Family Vacation.

It was very close to the board walk. The host was extremely nice and easy to get a hold of. Everything was as advertised. The check out process was easy and clearly defined. A very easy walk to the beach.

All The Small Things

Where do I even begin……for us, this was the perfect location. This property was close enough to the beach that my 75 year old father w/horrible arthritis could walk to it, but just off the main drag so as to avoid the inherent silliness that comes w/being on it. Beautiful, clean, light, airy. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Soft, fluffy towels. Great mattresses. And then there were the little touches: a pound of coffee from the local roaster for us to use/take home & creamer/extras, the magnet on the fridge (again, a gift), the beach chairs/towels/umbrella, toys & boogie boards, extra parking pass if we needed it. Jen was the consummate hostess. Easy to work with, excellent communication, responsive, great recommendations for local businesses. Check in was fast & easy. So was check out. Like literally took seconds. Full functionality in the kitchen, even a blender if we wanted to make the requisite beachy drinks.My husband went to open a drawer in the nightstand; it was mirrored & broke when he did so. Jen was more worried about my husband than the drawer. She immediately directed us to the well-stocked first aid kit in the kitchen. With how communicative Jen was, we are certain that someone before us damaged it & didn’t tell her (there was a brace missing from inside the nightstand, causing the drawer to slip). My husband is fine & it certainly didn’t stop him from having an amazing time. 10/10 would rent again. We hope to be back next year.
