On the main level, you'll find a spacious open layout perfect for gathering. The kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and everything needed for preparing your favorite dishes. Just off the kitchen is a dining area. With seating for 8 at the dining table and additional seats at the counter just a few feet away, it's ideal for sharing meals and making memories with all your friends and family. The main level living space invites relaxation, with a large sectional sofa and additional seating arranged around a cozy gas log fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The windows and two sets of double sliding doors showcase the sweeping mountain landscape, connecting you to the grandeur of the high country. Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up-and-coming community, and many homes are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.

The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thanks you for not bringing any pets to this home
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
