Island Villa 11
The Iconic Island Villa is a newly renovated, boutique complex located in the Waterway District of Gulf Shores, Alabama, conveniently located 2.7 miles north of the beach.
At the center of the one-story, U-shaped complex, is a new resort-style swimming pool complete with a splash deck that accommodates lounge chairs with umbrellas. on the property, there are two new commercial-style charcoal grills.
Next door is FOAM COFFEE specializing in gourmet coffees and smoothies. GLOW YOGA featuring the latest in yoga genres.
Within walking distance are Big Beach Brewery and a variety of restaurants. Gulf State Park is also within walking distance via the walking/bike path on the east side of the property leading to the Woodside Grill, inside the State Park (.7miles).
Things to know:
shared laundry facilities on-site, TV streaming services require guest accounts to access, complimentary ice is available from on-site ice machine, this rental is located on floor 1

there is free parking available for 1 vehicle
the entire unit is available to guests and you will use a door code to enter
