We have rented many times in the Mews at New Seabury. Layout and location are the best for our family. Enjoyed the pool but Not sure the pool heater was working.

Our 3rd Time @ this House!!

We’ve stayed here three times now, and it’s always been perfect. The house is spotless every time, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and the pool is such a bonus. Everything is well taken care of, and you can tell Dina really cares about making guests feel comfortable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Another perfect week

We just love our week here. Dina is the best possible host - the house is spotless and has everything you need and more. Communication with Dina is always so easy and she goes above and beyond. The pool is such a treat and the backyard makes for wonderful relaxing. Fun to watch the golf! We explored the area and loved walking the dogs in the local neighbors - everyone is so friendly! I am already looking forward to next year! Fabulous

A perfect Cape Escape

Dina, the host, is incredibly responsive and the house is impeccably clean with just of what you need to feel at home. My family had an amazing time while we were here even when the weather didn’t cooperate. We look forward to returning! Hands down a 10/10!

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful vacation. Dina was so communicative before and during our stay. The house exceeded all expectations. Everything had been thought of and was included. The garden was ideal for our 2 dogs and completely fenced in. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and sitting in the yard was so tranquil. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and the space worked perfectly for us. The location was ideal to explore Cape Cod, we loved Popponesset market place and Mashpee Commons. South Cape beach is less than 2 miles away. So much to see and do. We are excited to return next year - thank you Dina for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I just had a wonderful stay. Dina's home is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. We've been staying in New Seabury for many years, however, this was our favorite property so far. We hope to return next Summer!

Wonderful property!

This is our second time staying at this property and we had another wonderful stay! House and property are spotless!! Dina is very responsive as well. The fenced in yard was great for our pup and we enjoyed the pool daily!

Another Wonderful Vacation!

Stayed here for the 2nd time and again everything was perfect. The house was clean and it had everything you may need to cook a meal or grill outside. We forgot our pool tools from home and yup they were some located in the closet. We would definitely come back!!

Unusual Mews Property

As someone who has stayed in many comparable Mews properties, I appreciated that the interior design had a sleek look and there were no Life is Better at the Beach signs or glass lamps filled with sand and seashells. The setting is lovely -- on the golf course with a larger than normal, grassy backyard and views of vegetation from many windows. Dina has clearly made many improvements to the condo itself (e.g. new sliders and new window treatments). The only constructive thing I would point out is that we found the beds a bit small for grown-ups. We enjoyed ourselves very much at this nice vacation home.

Very neat condo - perfect for a family vacation

We had a great time, kids especially enjoyed the pool. The place is really neat and clean. Spacious living room, everything is as described. Quiet neighborhood, loads of things to do in the vicinity on the Cape - countless beaches, trips to the islands, National Seashore, whale watching, trip to Boston, etc. Grocery store is about 3 miles away at Mashpee Commons. We didn't go out to dinner in the area because due to the well equipped kitchen and the BBQ we didn't have to and enjoyed dinner next to the pool.

We had a great stay!!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The house itself is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous homes as you pull in. The house is also well stocked with everything you may need is in the kitchen. There is also plenty of towels and blankets. The outside pool and table and chairs were great to sit on everyday and enjoy the beautiful weather. We did get very lucky having sunshine days everyday. When you first walk into the house it is clean looking. However, the master shower curtain is covered in mold. That is unacceptable to me especially for the price you pay at Kim’s per night. There is no reason why a $5 shower liner is not replaced after each visit. I also noticed there was hair and dead spider in the bathroom corner when I first arrived. Those are things that should not be overlooked. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

Great house with a pool!

The house was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. So close to the beach and Mashpee Commons. Dina was very helpful! Another bonus was the pool. My kids loved it!

Beautiful property

Beautiful, well maintained property in close proximity to the beach as well as to Mashpee Commons. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup as well. Dina was extremely responsive in addressing an issue that popped up and answered any questions that we had very quickly which we appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

First Vacation Since COVID-19 Took Hold

Exceeded Expectations

The property was great and exceeded our expectations. It was stocked with all the basic amenities (cooking and grilling tools, towels, pool toys, etc) that made it easy to settle into and the host was quick to assist us with any issues or questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely return for another stay.

Great Family week at the Cape

House was great and very comfortable for our family of five . House has all the space and amenities we needed for a wonderful vacation . Our only comment is my husbands bad back had an issue with the soft master mattress . We have stayed in Mashpee years prior and the area has built up beautifully with plenty of good restaurants and entertainment.
