Please note that we collect security/damage deposit equivalent to room rate, occupancy tax and service fee on the total room rate upon booking. The occupancy tax is 16.25%, and service fee is 3% for bookings (does not include Guest fee of approximately 12%).

Event booking rates are per half day.
2x room rate for up to 10 guests for early day use;
3x room rate for up to 10 guests for night use;
4x room rate for up to 20 guests for early day use;
6x room rate for up to 20 guests for night use;
6x room rate for up to 30 guests for early day use;
8x room rate for up to 30 guests for night use.
Event must provide proof of permit and insurance to us at least 30 days prior to event and be required to pay for 1 additional on-site security from our staff per 20 guests.
