Hosts went above and beyond

This property is one of the best we've found in all of our travels. The hosts have a sense of pride for their property that shows in the cleanliness and thoughtful touches for their guests. You will not find a kitchen with as many cooking and serving essentials. We like to cook in, so we appreciate the variety of mixing bowls, pots and pans and small appliances. Even the outdoor BBQ grill surface is spotless! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large. We can't wait to return!

Home sweet home

This house was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a celebration of life and this house made our time here very easy to deal with. The house is well stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances, furniture was very comfortable and ample. Cari was very communicative and very responsive, we really appreciate that type of service. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your home!

Fun iin Paradise

Excellent location, condo exceeded our expectations, wonderful amenities. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Spaces are large and well equipped. Lovely patio facing the pool. Desert Falls is a great vacation spot, we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball and played regularly. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great location, well appointed with all the amenities you could hope for. Clean and comfortable. Everything came as presented with no surprises. Hosts were very cordial and accommodating.

Good experience

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and beautiful. We really liked the kitchen which is well equipped. The beds were fine although the trundle bed was a little squeaky and saggy. We enjoyed the games in the closet. The TV was a little painful to figure out. The hot tub and pool were pleasantly warm. I didn't love having to unload the dishwasher before we left which complicated our departure. We enjoyed the bikes in the garage.

Very nice place. Family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out and have our own sleeping areas. Owner was very quick to respond to all communications. I would stay here again.

Wonderful condo in beautiful setting.

We loved this property! The condo complex is in the heart of Palm Desert and is lovely and very well maintained. The condo itself was quite large and spread out for our extended family to enjoy. There are two balconies with serene views and a breakfast seating area as well as a formal dining and living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large and beautiful. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve the meal. The homeowner, Cari, was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a wonderful stay here!

Delightfully Quiet

Our stay here was delightfully quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed long walks, pickle ball and the pool. Having our own patio for some meals and everything we needed in the kitchen. The King bed was very comfortable. The place is spacious enough to give everyone their own breathing room and had a great area to gather for meals and visiting. The gated community felt very safe. The owner communicates well and we would love to return.

Terrific stay in comfortable condo in a lovely country club.

We very much enjoyed our week here. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, and the large kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing tennis, the views of the mountains while walking through the property - and would have enjoyed the pool if the weather had been warmer! Temperatures were below normal with even some rain during our stay - but we got to see Joshua Tree National Park covered with snow! Highly recommend thus condo!

Wonderful!

Our family of four adults totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen, and used the BBQ. The dining/living room area is comfortable, and we loved being on the second floor with two balconies. The grounds are well maintained and quiet. Just steps to the pool and hot tub was a plus! Cari was quick to respond and help with a question we had in using the Apple TV option. We played several beautiful golf courses, with many to choose from in close proximity! A wonderful and relaxing vacation! I would definately recommend it to others!

Lovely Desert Home

The home appeared very neat upon arrival. It was very nice and spacious. The patio and pool were lovely. The owners had everything that we needed in the home for our stay, even seasonings in the cabinet. We liked how easy it was to use the lock. We had a really nice time staying in the home.

Amazing....(again)

This is our 2nd 2month stay a this Tropical Paradice. As with last year I can’t express enough the kindness and promptness of Cari and Uwe. This perfectly located rental has been beautifully up graded with tile and wood flooring thu out. This year we returned to upgrades including a wine fridge an a water softener. We look forward to returning next year knowing that if we where to lose this gem that we would be hard pressed to duplicate this unit with it’s closeness to the pool and mountain views. Thanks again Cari and Uwe.

Wonderful, clean, superb pool, close to grocery store. It was definitely not a disappointment when we arrived, on the contrary, we were impressed at how comfortable, clean and spacious the condo was. We would return if we come back to the Palm Desert area.

Very nice updated condo within steps to the pool.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and updated condo. Very comfortable with everything one needs, including, bedding, towels, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is excellent as it’s within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store and several restaurants. Felt like coming home when arriving the second year!

My parents were original owners of a unit in Desert Falls and we have always enjoyed our stay. Whether that be taking part in the activities or just relaxing by the pool in the friendly, quiet and beautiful Desert Falls community. We are thrilled to have our tropical paradise in the desert and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love the location of our unit. It has the most beautiful views of San Jacinto Mountain and overlooks one of the largest pools with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, bathroom and drinking fountain. The west facing balconies are sunny in the afternoon and the perfect spot to watch the beautiful desert sunsets. Since we have an upstairs unit we have vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms which gives our condo a very large and open feeling. All the windows and sliders let in a lot of natural light.
