Make sure you purchase damage insurance! Phantom damage and missing item charges. Make sure you take a bunch of check in and check out pictures.

After staying at this property for a total of 8, our experience with the host was very disappointing. At the end of our stay, the host falsely accused our party of damaging furniture and stealing items, which was completely untrue. These accusations were unexpected and unfounded after such a long stay. Because of this experience, we would not recommend this host.

After staying at this property from July 2025-Feb 2026, our experience with the host was very disappointing. At the end of our stay, the host falsely accused our party of damaging furniture and stealing items, which was completely untrue. These accusations were unexpected and unfounded after such a long stay. Because of this experience, we would not recommend this host.

We stayed here for several months due to a work project so we extended our stay multiple times. House was mediocre at best but it's for work so we didn't mind. We had an AC issue early on and was able to work with host directly to get it resolved within a couple of days. We got a call from the host on one occasion asking us to make sure we do not leave any trash on the patio because it would end up in the pond if it gets windy. We made it a house rule that if you ate on the patio you have to clean up right away. The host and our party spoke on multiple occasions and we thought everything was fine. The last time we spoke, he was asking me if we wanted to renew? I told him that we were finished with the job. After staying at this property for several months, our experience with the host, after teling him the we were not renewing, was very disappointing. At the end of our stay, the host falsely accused our party of damaging furniture and stealing items, which was completely untrue. These accusations were unexpected and unfounded after such a long stay. Thank God we paid extra for damage insurance! Because of this experience, we would not recommend this host.
