Welcome to Snowflower Lodge, your perfect mountain escape located directly at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. This condo offers unbeatable convenience to the slopes, as well as easy access to year-round resort activities, dining, shopping, and more. Positioned right on the free Park City transit route, you're just minutes from Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.

This cozy, single-level condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Step inside from the ground-level entrance (just one floor up from the heated underground garage) into a warm and inviting open-concept living space.

Living Area- Comfortable mountain-style furnishings 72' TV, Gas fireplace and access to a private patio

Kitchen & Dining- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances Dining table with seating for 4

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom: King bed (Sleep Number), flat-screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and private en suite bathroom shower/tub combo

Second Bedroom: One Queen bed &Two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and access to a spacious shower

Outdoor Space- Enjoy serene mountain views and fresh alpine air from your private patio—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Community Amenities- Year-round heated pools and hot tubs, Fitness center, Tennis courts, Private ski locker and communal laundry facilities

Please note:
Pool #1 and spa will be closed for the off-season starting April 22 and reopening Memorial Day weekend.
Pool #2 will be undergoing renovations starting April 22 and will reopen July 1.
