Nestled in the historic heart of Old Town Park City, this haven offers year-round appeal. Just two blocks from lively Main Street and a short ascent to ski-in/out access via Quit 'N Time run at Park City Mountain, it's a perfect blend of accessibility and alpine charm. With proximity to the Old Town Transit Center, enjoy easy access to Park City, Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction via free Park City Transit buses, ensuring seamless adventures in both summer and winter.

This spacious house spans 916 square feet across two levels, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate seven guests.

Guests enter through a private entrance, just steps away from the assigned outdoor parking space.

Living Room: The living room boasts a cozy mountain ambiance with leather furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Guests can relax on the full-size sleeper sofa by the gas fireplace while enjoying entertainment on the 70” Smart TV with cable.

Kitchen: A kitchen awaits with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four.

Dining Area: The dining area features a wooden table with bench seating for six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Furnished with a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, and a stacked washer/dryer. The bedroom also boasts a private deck with Old Town views and access to a full shared bathroom with a tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): This bedroom features two queen beds, a 50” Smart TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Great Space

We had a great time at this rental which was perfect for our family. It’s clean and comfortable plus it’s easy to walk to all of the great dining and shopping. We also took advantage of the quick ski down to the town lift. Would stay again!

So Convenient!

We stayed in this unit with some friends and it really had everything we needed. It's just a short walk up the stairs to get to Quitin Time (for ski in, ski out access), and a short walk down the stairs to get to Main Street for all bars/restaurants. Will be staying here again!

Perfect Park City Rental!

Perfect location in the heart of downtown Park City. Clean, well equipped rental with everything you need. Lots of communication from the company and easy rental instructions. Will recommend this rental to others and we’d stay here again!

The poperty is in pristine conditions, excelent location and beautifully decored. The only downsides were the extremelly loud a/c machine, it makes a lot of noise turning on an off. Also a pair of non stick pans for induction stove would be a great addition for the people that enjoys cooking. Other than that the poperty is superb!! Would consider staying there again anytime!!
