This is a long term stay 2 week min (except graduation weekends if available).1 month to 12.
Prices change with length of stay and number of guests. One pet allowed ($100 nonrefundable).

$1500/mo for three.
2 children OK with 1 or 2 adults.
One Queen bedroom.
One Twin bedroom.
OneQueen with office space - convertible to office(switch out bed for 2 person couch.
Nice yard with privacy fence. Picnic table and a two person table with umbrella. Great for dogs and kids.
One charcoal grill and also a covered smoker.
2 cars on drive and two more offscreen. Single family neigh.
