Right in the heart of downtown Largo! Just a short 0.3 mile walk to Highland Recreation or 0.5 miles to Largo Central Park. Highland Recreation features a walking trail around lake, playground, pool and indoor playground and gym. Largo Central Park is great for events, playground, kids train ride and more! Just a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach! Beach chairs, towels and games provided.
Enjoy a tranquil view from living room and kitchen. Seating area on turf out front to enjoy birds in the oak trees. Can walk across the street to feed ducks and turtles at the lake.
Everything is brand new as we recently renovated, you will love staying in this cozy space!
**This house is part of a duplex with full time tenants on the other side. They are very kind and quiet. You have your own driveway, front porch and back yard so nothing is “shared”.

I am Florida native and grew up on the beaches. I have a son and daughter, my family and I live nearby and enjoy being on the boat fishing, exploring the islands, eating a great restaraunts and enjoying our beautiful parks and fun amusement parks nearby! We love to travel and nothing is more appreciated than when going to a rental that is clean and stocked with the necessities! I know how much this means to me and hope you and your family or friends will want to come back again and again to enjoy the nearby beaches and sunny Florida!

We have owned this duplex (2 single family homes in one) and have always rented long term. The unit on the other side is a long term rental. We have family out of town and wanted somewhere they could stay when visiting so we put the extra care for them and our other guests when they come stay.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Brand new, we just remolded this in 2025 and we love this location! Although this has a full fenced back yard, the front is where we like to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and listen to the birds. We put turf down out front along with chairs and a table as the front has so many trees and shade which makes it nice to enjoy outside.
